On 27th March 2005 I went to Silverstone for the Single Seater experience.
They describe it as:

After a short instruction on the theory and secrets of the craft, it’s time to take your place at the starting grid and the adventure really begins. Initially you’ll ease back on the acceleration until you get used to the track and the car’s power. Then you’ll discover how talented you really are.
This 1.6 engine does a phenomenal 0 – 60 in 5.1 secs and the race prepared suspension and low centre of gravity means that it handles like a dream
